Phoenix Passion and Saffie Osborne are in flying form having achieved a Hat-trick of wins in quick succession.

Phoenix Passion has turned a new leaf this season in partnership with Saffie Osbourne and the Ed Walker team, with his most recent success coming at Nottingham on the 5th June in a competitive handicap. The emphatic win culminated in his third successive win in only a matter of months. 

He is a progressive and straightforward thoroughbred, and having won on both heavy and firm ground, is proving to be an incredibly versatile type.

Saffie Osbourne noted post race "I know its crazy to say having won three races on the bounce, but I'd like to think he still has plenty left in hand!" 

He looks to have lots more to come and we look forward to a great summer ahead with him!

PHOENIX PASSION (IRE) improved again to complete the hat-trick, a winner on heavy last time but if anything looking suited by this return to a sound surface, doing things easily on the front end and never really challenged having wound things up from 3f out, eased late on and value an extra length or so on top of the bare margin; a progressive and straightforward type, he could have more wins in him before the handicapper takes his measure.


A 3-y-o handicap that was run at an ordinary gallop, but at least it went to one who is on a roll, whilst his nearest pursuer also took another step forward.
